Job summary

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Program/Project Management, or related leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years in Food & Beverage/CPG, Sports Nutrition, or related consumer products.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments.
• Proven ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product Development, Commercialization, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and external partners.
• Coordinate timelines, ownership, and accountability across functions to move initiatives from idea to execution.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure decisions are documented and implemented.
• Drive and track strategic projects from planning through execution and launch.
• Support commercialization and launch readiness for new products and initiatives.
• Standardize workflows and operating procedures to improve scalability.
• Prepare updates and executive reporting on milestones, decisions, and dependencies.
