Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytics, operations, supply chain, or logistics experience in a consumer business.
• Experience mentoring analysts and growing workstream ownership.
• Strong business judgment linking data to cost, experience, and priorities.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically with quality.
• Comfort presenting analytics to senior stakeholders and influencing direction.
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with dbt and Snowflake or similar ELT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate and drive the strategic analytic roadmap to identify inefficiencies across the order lifecycle and translate them into actionable insights.
• Own operational metrics, ensuring clarity and regular review across stakeholders; bridge operations and finance on forecasting and variance analysis.
• Lead analytics for quarterly cost reduction initiatives, including fulfillment COGS and freight costs.
• Contribute to S&OP reviews and OKR check-ins; provide data to shape prioritization and resource allocation.
• Partner with Operations, Membership Services, and Finance to improve accuracy and vendor accountability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve pipeline reliability and data access.
• Build, maintain, and ensure accurate data assets and trusted metric definitions within the semantic layer.
• Manage and grow a team of analysts with clear ownership and context.
