Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects in engineering or manufacturing.
- Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, REVIT or BIM 360.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage complex project lifecycles across organizations and geographies.
- Lead engineering reviews and drive schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams and stakeholders to set priorities and risks.
- Oversee installation, throughput and safety qualifications for automated systems.
- Maintain clear project status updates and leadership communications.
- Travel up to 80% domestically and support office-based work when not traveling.
