Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 8+ years of experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or related occupation.
• Experience managing lifecycle of cross-functional projects and implementing automated equipment and/or integrated systems.
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex project lifecycles across organizations and geographies, delivering on objectives and targets as project owner.
• Lead execution of systems and automated equipment designs per established standards; perform installation, throughput, and safety qualifications.
• Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans to leadership; document decisions and actions.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to set priorities, milestones, and schedules; identify dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Travel up to 80% domestically with possible relocation consideration.
