• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives between Product and Go-To-Market teams.
• Strong self-starter able to structure ambiguity and work independently.
• Analytical, data-driven with KPI development and insight-based decisions.
• Ability to influence across functions and senior leaders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Flex initiatives across Product, GTM and Operations.
• Operationalize strategic programs with scalable processes, governance, roles and metrics.
• Manage design through launch, adoption and optimization with detailed plans and owners.
• Define, track and drive accountability to KPIs and program outcomes.
• Develop requirements, roadmaps and readiness plans for new or evolving programs.
• Identify risks and dependencies, escalating issues and driving mitigations.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve gaps and implement durable solutions.
• Document current and future-state processes to scalable playbooks and controls.
• Assess impacts to the field and drive change enablement and communications.
