Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of Flex initiatives with stakeholders across Product, GTM and Operations.
• Translate objectives into scalable processes, governance, and execution plans.
• Manage programs from design through launch, adoption, and optimization with detailed roadmaps.
• Define and track KPIs; use insights to identify adoption gaps and improvements.
• Develop requirements, roadmaps, and readiness plans for new programs.
