Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Senior Business Operations Analyst for CEV, Medicaid, and SNAP programs. The role focuses on operational performance, reporting, and process improvements across delivery teams and external stakeholders.

You will act as a SME on Medicaid eligibility verification and SNAP workflows, analyze data, identify efficiency opportunities, and help ensure program compliance. Fully remote with emphasis on US locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, CEV, Medicaid, SNAP or related environments.
• Experience supporting Medicaid eligibility, verification, enrollment, operations.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and operations teams through reporting and process improvements.
• Serve as SME for Medicaid eligibility verification and SNAP workflows.
• Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify efficiency gains.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workflow improvements and automation.
• Monitor compliance with Medicaid and SNAP requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business documentation.
• Participate in operational reviews and client discussions to support delivery objectives.
