Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as Business Analyst; Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BA duties on IT projects and mentor junior team members.
• Bridge between clients, PMs, and technical teams to define, document, and communicate business requirements and outcomes.
• Develop business specifications and requirements at project start.
• Analyze and improve business processes to support client technology goals.
• Validate requirements via testing and deliverables.
• Use SQL to analyze data, validate requirements, and support testing.
• Support project planning, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Flex between BA and PM coordination as needs evolve.
