This role combines traditional business analysis with project coordination, supporting planning, testing, and delivery. It offers fully remote options from most U.S. locations, with occasional travel and a focus on Medicaid/Medicare knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Business Analyst role with Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of technology delivery concepts (config, lifecycle, data interfaces, batch processing).
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries for data analysis and validation.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and ALM tools for requirements management.
• Strong client communication to translate needs into actionable objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a business analyst team's duties on IT projects and mentor juniors.
• Bridge clients, PMs, and technical teams to define and communicate requirements and outcomes.
• Develop business specifications and requirements at project start.
• Recommend improvements to business processes supporting client goals.
• Validate requirements through testing and deliverables reviews.
