Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Medicaid Claims & Eligibility. You will support critical healthcare initiatives by translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and driving process improvements.

You will collaborate with clients and technical teams, mentor analysts, and leverage Excel/SQL to quantify impact. The role is fully remote with strong growth opportunities and a focus on career development.

Competenze

• 6+ years in a relevant Business Analyst role with Medicaid experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid claims processing and eligibility functions preferred.
• Strong analytical and requirements gathering skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and ALM tools for requirements mapping.

• Coordinate a business analyst team’s duties on IT projects and mentor newer members.
• Bridge between clients, project managers and technical staff to define requirements.
