Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or staff accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client accounting records including journal entries for payroll, payments, expenses, and accruals.
• Process and review accounts payable invoices.
• Deliver responsive client service by recording and analyzing transactions and preparing reconciliations.
• Prepare and review cash reports to support cash management.
• Process client payments via wire transfers and checks with proper authorization.
• Maintain client and investor banking and wiring instructions across entities.
• Prepare monthly or quarterly client financial reports and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with coordination and preparation of annual tax packages and schedules.
• Manage semi-monthly payroll processing through third-party vendors.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client accounting records, including journal entries for payroll, payments, expenses, and accruals, as well as the processing and review of accounts payable invoices.
• Deliver responsive client service by recording and analyzing transactions, preparing reconciliations, and assembling detailed financial workpaper packages.

What We're Looking For:
