Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, air handlers, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and BAS issues to minimize downtime.
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and document maintenance activities.
• Monitor building operations to improve energy efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, and clients to support maintenance tasks.
• Complete general building maintenance and basic plumbing/electrical repairs as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
