Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Market Safety and Security Manager to lead safety initiatives at the market level, partnering with operations, sales, and HR to establish a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance across warehouses, delivery, sales, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in Occupational Safety, Health, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety experience in an industrial/warehouse environment.
• OSHA/DOT regulatory experience and injury prevention focus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• MS Office and presentation software proficiency.
• Ability to lead in a matrix structure and drive safety through others.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate injury and incident prevention programs.
• Coordinate monthly safety committee meetings.
• Coach leaders on safety leadership, regulatory responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and reinforce standard safety policies and procedures.
• Facilitate incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Document safety incidents and follow-up actions.
• Conduct on-site and off-site safety walks to identify risks.
• Train operations and sales leaders as safety champions.
• Oversee OSHA, DOT, and EPA compliance programs.
• Coordinate reporting for incidents and near misses.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and insurers on claims and return-to-work processes.
