Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to lead regional safety and loss prevention initiatives, ensuring OSHA, DOT, and EPA compliance. The role emphasizes injury prevention, incident management, and collaboration with operations, HR, and legal to minimize risk and protect staff and assets.

The position is fully on-site with a Monday–Friday day schedule and occasional night shift support as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health or related field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of safety experience in an industrial, warehouse, or wholesale/distribution environment.
• Must be fully onsite and in-market presence; not a hybrid position.
• Demonstrated success implementing OSHA‑compliant injury prevention programs in similar settings.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs including presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Injury and Incident Prevention Programs.
• Coordinate and support monthly safety committee meetings.
• Coach committee members and leaders on safety leadership and regulatory responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and reinforce standard safety and security policies and procedures.
• Facilitate incident reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Ensure documentation of all safety incidents and follow‑ups.
• Conduct on‑site and off‑site safety walks to identify risks.
• Train operations and sales leaders to be safety champions.
• Monitor weekly warehouse and driver safety observations.
