Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Market Safety and Security Manager to lead injury prevention and regulatory compliance across warehouse, delivery, sales, and merchandising functions. The role partners with operations, HR, and leadership to drive a strong safety culture with proactive risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, safety training, program development, and management of security protocols and loss prevention.

Formación

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field with strong OSHA/DOT knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of safety experience in industrial, warehouse or wholesale/distribution settings.
• Experience building safety programs, training leaders, and driving regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead injury and incident prevention programs and safety committee activities.
• Perform incident investigations with root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance across operations, training, and inspections.
• Develop and deliver safety and security policies, metrics, and communications.
• Partner with operations, HR, and leadership to sustain a safe, compliant culture.
• Oversee security measures and loss prevention in facilities and on-site operations.
