Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Market Safety Manager to lead the company’s safety strategy at the market level, aligning with corporate programs and turning local initiatives into practical, defined processes that protect associates.

You will partner with operations, sales, HR, and leadership to drive proactive risk mitigation, training, incident response, and continuous safety improvement across warehousing, delivery, sales, and merchandising functions.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or equivalent in safety/health fields.
• 5+ years safety experience in industrial/warehouse environment.
• Experience implementing OSHA-compliant injury prevention programs.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead injury prevention programs and safety policies.
• Coordinate incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Manage OSHA/DOT compliance and safety training.
• Deliver safety communications and leadership training.
