Breakthru Beverage Missouri, LLC seeks a Market Safety and Security Manager to lead safety strategy execution across the market, partnering with operations, sales, HR, and leaders to reduce risk and injuries. You will oversee incident prevention, investigations, training, and emergency preparedness for warehouse, delivery, sales, and merchandising functions.

Qualifications

• Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health or related field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of safety experience in an industrial, warehouse, or wholesale/distribution environment.
• This role is fully onsite and requires in-market presence.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
• Must be a results‑oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.
• Proven ability to lead through a matrix structure and operationalize safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Ability to multi‑task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and Reporting skills

• Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume, team environment

Responsabilités

• Lead injury and incident prevention programs.
• Coordinate and support monthly safety committee meetings.
• Coach leaders on safety leadership, best practices, and regulatory responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and reinforce standard safety and security policies and procedures.
• Facilitate incident reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Ensure documentation of all safety incidents and follow‑ups.
• Conduct on‑site and off‑site safety walks to identify risks.
• Train operations and sales leaders to act as safety champions.
• Monitor weekly warehouse and driver safety observations for unsafe acts.
• Coordinate OSHA, DOT, and EPA compliance activities.
• Lead and facilitate security and loss prevention initiatives.
• Oversee security systems and vendor performance.
• Regulatory compliance oversight and audits readiness.
• Present safety metrics and trends to cross‑functional teams.
• Promote a culture of safety through leadership communication.
