Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Market Safety Manager in Illinois to drive safety strategy across warehouse, delivery, sales, and merchandising. You will lead injury prevention programs, coordinate safety committees, and partner with operations and HR to ensure regulatory compliance and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health or related field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of safety experience in an industrial, warehouse, or wholesale/distribution environment.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate market-level injury prevention initiatives aligned with corporate safety strategy.
• Facilitate monthly safety committee meetings; drive accountability and actionable outcomes.
• Coach leaders and committee members on safety leadership, regulatory expectations, and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and standardize safety policies, procedures, and work practices.
• Conduct and lead incident reviews, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and closure of all safety incidents and follow-up actions.
