Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to lead regional safety and loss prevention initiatives on a fully onsite basis in Maryland. You will direct injury prevention, incident management, and regulatory compliance programs to protect staff and assets.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk reduction, and proactive safety culture, with a salary range of $80,000–$115,000 plus a 15% annual bonus, and a Monday–Friday day schedule with occasional night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in safety/related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of safety experience in industrial/warehouse environments.
• Onsite role with no hybrid option.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly safety committee meetings and coach leaders on safety governance.
• Develop, implement, and enforce standard safety and security policies.
• Facilitate incident reviews with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, and EPA compliance readiness and audits.
• Communicate safety metrics and drive engagement across teams.
