Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Project Manager - Superintendent for on-site management of custom home construction across Monroe/Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate subcontractors, oversee pre-con design to handover, and ensure timelines, budgets, and safety are met on multiple sites.

The role focuses on strong customer communication, site supervision, and delivering high-quality homes while aligning with design specifications and homeowner expectations. On-site multi-site work is required.

Formación

• Experience in residential construction, preferably in on-your-lot or scattered-lot builds.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects (8–10) simultaneously.
• Strong team-building and customer communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage construction site operations from design/pre-con to contract execution and scheduling.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and construction quality to meet targets.
