Job summary

Sares-Regis Group in Kenmore, WA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I to lead the on-site maintenance team at Northshore Townhomes. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, grounds and building systems, manage budget and inventory, and ensure timely completion of service requests and move-ins.

You will report to the Property Manager and supervise maintenance staff, driving resident satisfaction and safe, well-maintained communities across this 86-unit property.

Qualifications

• Three years progressive maintenance/repair in multi-family or commercial property.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Designation/Certification.
• English language proficiency – written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, assigns and performs maintenance functions and completes service requests within 24 hours.
• Supervises maintenance personnel on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, grounds and related systems.
• Performs move-in/move-out inspections and property upkeep.
• Assists in budget preparation and maintains maintenance costs within budget.
• Maintains logs for safety, inspections and equipment usage.
