Job summary

SRG Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I for an 86-unit community in Kenmore, WA. This role oversees on-site maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds, while guiding and training staff.

Collaboration with the Property Manager ensures timely service, resident satisfaction, and efficient budget management. The position requires three years of progressive maintenance experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance/repair experience in multi-family or commercial property
• EPA designation/certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• English language proficiency – written and verbal
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and operate a two-axle vehicle
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Schedules, assigns and performs all maintenance tasks, including completing service requests within 24 hours.
• Supervises, trains and guides maintenance staff on repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and grounds.
• Conducts move‑in/move‑out inspections and maintains curb appeal.
• Implements preventive maintenance programs and budget tracking.
• Assists in maintenance budget preparation and cost control.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
