Job summary

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years in a related role; 2+ years legal industry experience preferred. Valid driver’s license may be required. On-site work with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in legal industry is preferred.
• Ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal and communication skills.
• May require a violation free, valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per RICOH Policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hands-on support in a legal office environment.
• Perform various office support tasks including copy, production, scanning, fax, mail and shipping, records support, and receptionist backup.
• Operate copier equipment, prepare materials for court filings, and manage conference room scheduling.
• Maintain logs for billing, shipping, and inventory; assist with off-site projects as needed.
