Job summary

Allegiant Stadium, a premier events venue adjacent to Las Vegas, seeks an IT professional with 4+ years of experience to provide on-site technical support for events and operations. The role covers desktop and mobile device support, complex troubleshooting, and collaboration with teams across departments.

Candidates should have cybersecurity tool experience (EDR, vulnerability management) and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in Information Technology with live events a plus.
• 3+ years supporting desktops (Windows/macOS) and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Complex troubleshooting in an onsite, customer-facing role.
• Cybersecurity tools such as EDR, vulnerability mgmt, security awareness.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent; Microsoft Certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Information Technology; experience with live events a plus.
• 3 or more years' experience with the following: Support of desktop operating systems (Windows, Macintosh) and mobile devices (IOS/Android).
• Complex troubleshooting of systems and networks IT support in an onsite, customer-facing role.
• Cyber security tools such as EDR, vulnerability management, security awareness training, intrusion detection.
• Certifications: CompTia Security + or similar (Preferred) Microsoft Certifications (Preferred)
• Strong verbal, written communications, and customer service skills.
• Strong working knowledge of networking concepts and support of TCP/IP protocols, DNS and DHCP.
• Highly comfortable and capable of troubleshooting complex issues in a time sensitive manner.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, including ability to organise time and work on multiple tasks and follow through to completion of task or project.
• Self-motivated and able to either work independently or as a team.
• Communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to create and write clear, complete documentation.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time, lift equipment up to 50 pounds, work extended hours, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive) and ability to learn required business systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications (if applicable)

• Experience with MDM (Jamf)
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Experience with business applications, with experience in report writing, creating user documentation and/or specifications, etc.
