Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced onsite IT engineer to manage deskside support at the Jackson, TN site. You will configure shopfloor PCs, handle hardware/software troubleshooting, and ensure IT processes align with ITIL standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, supporting networked devices, and maintaining documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for uptime and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years hands-on deskside/onsite support experience.
• Strong OS installation and troubleshooting skills (Windows 10, macOS).
• Experience with network and data-center equipment and devices.
• Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, AD and JAMF.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve deskside IT issues on site.
• Setup and configure shopfloor PCs and software.
• Maintain IT processes and adhere to ITIL workflows.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on IT needs.
• Provide frontline user support for hardware and software.
