Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead onsite accounting and financial operations for Stonebridge Ranch Community Association. This role partners with the General Manager and department leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 5+ years in financial management, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum five years of progressive accounting/financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite financial resource to the General Manager and leaders.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting package.
• Analyze results, variances, trends, and risks; provide actionable insights.
• Lead annual operating budget process and forecasting.
• Coordinate with auditors, accounting leadership, and departments.
