Job summary

RealManage, LLC in McKinney, TX seeks a Financial Manager to serve as the senior onsite finance leader for the Stonebridge Ranch Community Association. You will guide financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly statements, analyzing variances, coordinating the annual operating budget, supporting the audit, and presenting results to the Finance Committee and Board. Strong Excel and GAAP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of five years of progressive accounting, financial management, controllership, or comparable experience.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and financial reporting packages.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing complex annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite financial resource and advisor to the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and onsite department leaders.
• Contribute as an active member of the onsite leadership team by providing financial insight on operational priorities, strategic initiatives, and overall financial health.
• Prepare the Association’s monthly financial statements and the financial reporting package in line with RealManage accounting standards and requirements.
• Review and analyze monthly financial results, focusing on material variances, trends, risks, accruals, and items requiring management attention.
• Produce monthly financial summaries, forecasts, schedules, and customized reporting for onsite leadership, the Finance Committee, and the Board of Directors.
• Lead the annual operating budget process, including assumptions, historical analysis, current-year performance, forecasting, departmental input, supporting schedules, and preparation for Finance Committee and Board review.
