RealManage Elevated Onsite in McKinney, TX seeks an Onsite Financial Manager to lead the association’s financial operations for Stonebridge Ranch Community Association. You will oversee monthly statements, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls while partnering with the General Manager and onsite leadership to deliver accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite financial resource and advisor to the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and onsite department leaders.
• Prepare the Association’s monthly financial statements and financial reporting package in accordance with RealManage accounting standards.
• Review and analyze monthly financial results, including variances, trends, risks, accruals, and matters requiring management attention.
• Prepare monthly financial summaries, forecasts, schedules, and customized reporting for onsite leadership, Finance Committee, and Board.
• Lead the annual operating budget process with assumptions, historical analysis, and departmental input for Finance Committee and Board review.
• Partner with onsite department leaders to develop and manage departmental budgets and strengthen financial accountability.
• Coordinate with RealManage Accounting Leadership and shared-service teams (AP/AR, audit, tax, insurance).
• Coordinate with auditors and financial institutions and support the annual audit and tax process.
• Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen financial reporting, controls, efficiency, transparency.
