RealManage, a fast-growing HOA management company, is seeking an Onsite Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead day-to-day operations across communities. You will work with Boards of Directors and the Director of Community Association Management to deliver top-tier service, ensure compliance, and foster strong homeowner relationships.

This role emphasizes strategic planning, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and proactive problem-solving to maintain vibrant, well-managed communities

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all emails and calls within 24 hours while upholding RealManage's guiding principles.
• Oversee daily operations of the community association and guide Boards of Directors.
• Advise Boards on contractor selection, insurance coordination, and long-term planning.
• Lead, mentor, and support staff to foster professional growth and high performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents and vendors to encourage clear communication.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance services, amenities, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, laws, and industry standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, including bidding, contracts, oversight, and issue resolution.
• Review and approve vendor payments in coordination with budgets.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for multiple communities.
• Collaborate with accounting on financial performance, invoicing, and cash flow.
• Monitor collections and accounts receivable; initiate actions when needed.
• Present timely financial and operational reports to Boards and stakeholders.
• Provide updates on collections, compliance, service requests, and work orders.
• Oversee community projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Implement risk management and maintain proper insurance coverage.
• Prepare for and conduct Board and Annual Meetings with monthly reports.
• Address escalated homeowner concerns professionally and effectively.
• Identify opportunities for service and operational improvement.
