Qualifications

• 4+ years in desktop support or service desk, with 2+ years in senior/support escalation.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 experience.
• Experience administering Entra ID and AD, MFA and conditional access.
• Hands-on device management via Intune, enrollment to retirement.
• Experience supporting iOS devices and macOS, with ITSM ticketing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to provide discreet, high-touch support to executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and access across Entra ID and AD.
• Resolve access issues: lockouts, resets, MFA, and conditional access.
• Fulfill approved access requests for apps, shares, calendars, and groups.
• Investigate phishing attempts, coordinate email quarantine and web filtering requests.
• Configure and troubleshoot business apps and Office add-ins; support AI tools.
• Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and other 365 apps; escalate incidents as needed.
• Manage iOS devices: enrollment, compliance, and secure retirement.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS devices, peripherals, and docking stations.
• Maintain asset inventory; coordinate onboarding/offboarding and device recovery.
• Provide white-glove support to executives and assistants; calendar delegation.
• Set up conference rooms and video conferencing; support firm events.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend support rotation; occasional travel.
