Zusammenfassung

KALCON in Ohio seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead the development and execution of quality control programs for data center construction. You will ensure all work meets stringent quality standards and client expectations while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to implement structured QC processes and drive continuous improvement.

You will plan QC activities, create site-specific programs, mentor QC staff, maintain comprehensive documentation in Procore and Cx Alloy, and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Strong Civil and Structural construction QAQC background.
• Experience in Data Center or mission-critical construction.
• Experience with QA/QC processes in construction or MEP-focused projects.

Aufgaben

• Provide Client representation as the General Contractor QA/QC Manager for a Data Center project.
• Lead Planning Phase of the Quality Control Program (QCP) with Site Operations at kickoff.
• Develop site-specific QC Programs and submit drafts for review.
• Lead daily QC huddles with QCS teams to review activities and quality.
• Mentor QC Associates and QC Site Operations team members.
• Create meeting agendas and inspection templates for each Field of Work.
