KALCON seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead quality control programs across data center construction. You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to meet stringent standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities include planning, implementing QC programs, mentoring QC staff, maintaining documentation in Procore and CxAlloy, and delivering monthly performance reports to the Senior QC Manager. Onsite full-time role in Boling, TX.

Formación

• Bachelor in Construction Management or equivalent experience required.
• Strong Civil and Structural QA/QC background emphasized.
• Experience with Data Center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes in construction or MEP-focused projects.
• Procore and CxAlloy experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Client representation as the General Contractor QA/QC Manager for a Data Center project.
• Lead Planning Phase of the Quality Control Program (QCP) with Site Operations teams at kickoff.
• Develop site-specific QC Programs for large-scale projects and obtain Senior QC Manager approval.
• Lead daily QC huddles with QCS teams to review activities and reinforce quality standards.
• Mentor, supervise, and train QC Associates and Site Operations team members.
• Create tailored meeting agendas and inspection templates for each Field of Work (FOW).
• Support Site Operations in executing the four-step QC Program (Planning, Preparatory, Initial, Inspections).
• Attend meetings, provide feedback to improve efficiency and performance.
• Collect and analyze QC metric data, perform root cause analysis, and propose improvements.
• Submit monthly QC performance reports highlighting trends and issues.
• Track all QC documentation, including third-party inspections and test reports.
• Ensure CSA and MEP QC documentation is complete in Procore or client platforms.
• Collaborate with MEP Managers to review commissioning docs for accuracy.
• Provide weekly QC status reports to the Senior QC Manager.
