Job summary

KALCON is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality control across complex construction projects, primarily Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes. You will drive structured QC programs, mentor teams, and ensure rigorous compliance from planning through commissioning.

Responsibilities include client representation, developing site QC plans, leading daily huddles, and delivering monthly performance metrics. Proficiency with Procore and Cx Alloy is expected; onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong Civil and Structural QAQC background.
• Experience with Data Center or mission-critical construction QA/QC.
• Familiar with QA/QC processes in construction or MEP projects.
• Proficient with Procore and Cx Alloy.
• Excellent organization and communication; strong documentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide Client representation as the General Contractor QA/QC Manager for a Data Center project.
• Develop site-specific QC Programs and submit drafts for review and approval.
• Lead daily QC huddles with QCS teams to review activities and quality.
• Mentor QC Associates to ensure consistent execution of quality standards.
• Create inspection templates for each Field of Work to guide inspections.
• Track QC documentation and third-party inspections for compliance.
• Provide weekly QC status reports and participate in client meetings.
• Ensure all CSA and MEP QC docs are uploaded to Procore or CX Alloy.
