Job summary

KALCON is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality control across large-scale Data Center projects in the United States. You will develop site QC programs, supervise QC teams, and coordinate with Site Operations to uphold rigorous standards from planning through commissioning.

Role requires onsite full-time commitment, strong Civil/Structural QAQC background, and experience with Procore/Cx Alloy. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Client representation as the General Contractor QA/QC Manager for a Data Center project.
• Lead daily QC huddles with the QCS teams to review scheduled activities and reinforce quality expectations.
• Mentor, supervise, and train QC Associates and Field Operations team members to ensure consistent execution of quality standards.
• Audit daily reports, deficiency logs, inspection logs, and other quality documentation to ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to support milestone delivery and ensure quality at each stage.
