Job summary

KALCON seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality control across complex construction projects, primarily civil, structural, and architectural scopes. You will drive structured QC programs, coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors, and ensure compliance through all project phases at onsite locations.

This role emphasizes data center experience, Procore/Cx Alloy proficiency, and strong leadership in planning, execution, and reporting of QC activities.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong civil/structural QA/QC background.
• Data Center or mission-critical construction experience.
• QA/QC processes in construction/MEP projects.
• Experience with Procore and Cx Alloy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and inspection workflows.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide Client representation as the General Contractor QA/QC Manager for a Data Center project.
• Lead the Planning Phase of the Quality Control Program with Site Operations at kickoff.
• Develop site-specific QC Programs and submit drafts for senior review.
• Lead daily QC huddles with QCS teams to review activities and reinforce quality.
• Mentor QC Associates and Site Operations team members.
• Create tailored meeting agendas and inspection templates for each Field of Work.
• Support the four-step QC Program for each Field of Work.
• Attend meetings and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
• Collect and analyze QC performance data and conduct root cause analysis.
• Submit monthly QC performance reports to the Senior QC Manager.
• Track and manage QC documentation including third-party inspections and test reports.
• Ensure CSA and MEP QC documentation is uploaded into Procore or CX Alloy.
• Collaborate with MEP Managers and Superintendents on commissioning deliverables.
• Provide weekly QC status reports to the Senior QC Manager.
• Attend internal and client meetings to report QC activities.
• Promote safe work practices across all project phases.
• Manage subcontractor participation in the QCP and documentation standards.
• Audit daily/deficiency/inspection logs for alignment with program.
• Interface with client representatives on QC matters.
• Support milestone delivery and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain tracking logs and reports for deliverables and corrective actions.
• Participate in candidate interviews for the QCS Group.
