Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Field MEP QAQC Manager (General Contractor Rep) in Hilliard, OH to lead on-site QA/QC for basebuild and tenant fit-out of hyperscale data centers. You will verify MEP installations, manage punch lists, review QA/QC plans, and coordinate with GC, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and owner stakeholders to ensure quality and timely turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent trade/superintendent experience.
• 7–10+ years of construction, QA/QC, field management, or MEP coordination experience in data centers or related projects.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes, inspection workflows, punchlists, and commissioning documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as General Contractors Representative for MEP QA/QC oversight during basebuild and tenant fit-out.
• Maintain field presence with site walks to verify quality and progress against docs.
• Review QA/QC plans across MEP scopes and coordinate with GC, subcontractors, and owner stakeholders.
• Track, assign, and close QA/QC issues using Procore, CxAlloy, and related tools.
