Responsibilities

• Implement Board policy and directives with the board and association projects.
• Inspect property and ensure HOA compliance and maintenance.
• Issue violation letters and follow up for remediation.
• Coordinate with homeowners, Board members, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email.
• Enter data and manage records in the database.
