Job summary

Associa is seeking a General Manager I (on-site) to supervise the administrative support staff and assist the lead General Manager with across-department oversight in a community association.

The role interfaces with residents, vendors, board and committee members, and the Associa CSSC and branch offices. You will manage budget support, policy execution, and daily operations to maintain community standards.

Qualifications

• Supervise the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement and the Association Policies and Procedures.
• Acts as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors, and homeowners as needed.
• Perform/Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement.
• Review monthly financials and submit summary report to the Board of Directors.
• Provide and/or oversee recommendation to the Association Board of Directors and Committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.
• Monitor delinquency and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors as needed.

Responsibilities
