Job summary

Beacon Management Services is seeking an experienced Onsite Community Association Manager to oversee a master planned community in Douglasville, GA. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, organization, and excellent communication with the HOA Board, residents, and vendors.

You will manage day-to-day operations, enforce governing documents, plan events, coordinate maintenance, and prepare management reports for board meetings.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia CAM License required or Georgia Real Estate License.
• 2+ years of community association management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite liaison between HOA Board, residents, vendors, and Beacon Management.
• Oversee daily community operations and ensure compliance with governing documents.
• Develop and manage annual activities calendar including events and clubhouse reservations.
• Coordinate vendor services, contracts, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare for and attend board meetings with management reports.
• Enforce community policies and architectural guidelines.
• Assist in developing and managing annual budget with finance team.
• Conduct property inspections and address homeowner concerns promptly.
• Lead and support community events to boost resident engagement.
