Qualifications

• Georgia CAM License required.
• 2+ years HOA, condo, or real estate experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong knowledge of community association operations and governing docs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onsite property management for assigned communities.
• Ensure Board policies and goals are implemented.
• Maintain governing documents, rules, and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and Boards.
• Prepare Board meeting agendas and management reports.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and account delinquencies.
• Coordinate with ARC and other committees and vendors.
