Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking a Chiller Technician to service and repair large chillers on customer sites, including hospitals, arenas and malls. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and commission equipment per engineering specs.

Safety is the priority and you will work closely with project teams on-site. A High School Diploma, 10+ years HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Chiller repair and troubleshooting experience is required.
• Work on-site servicing chiller equipment exceeding 50 Tons.
• Operate with safety and customer focus on diverse sites (hospitals, arenas, malls).
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot chillers; service and assemble equipment.
• Work on-site at multiple customer locations; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather requirements and schedule work.
• Use blueprints/engineering specs to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety standards and asset security; mentor teammates.
