Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced HVAC service technician to perform end-to-end testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of commercial HVAC equipment at customer sites. You will work with internal partners and customer teams to diagnose and repair units while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of field experience, EPA certification, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial or industrial HVAC equipment.
• EPA Certification.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end testing, starting up, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing HVAC equipment.
• Service projects and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Coordinate with team to understand on-site maintenance requirements.
• Use software and hand-tools to diagnose and repair units according to specs.
• Enforce safety standards and secure company assets.
• Be flexible to work overtime and occasional overnight stays.
