Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking a Chiller Technician to service and repair large chillers on customer sites, including hospitals, arenas and malls. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and commission equipment per engineering specs.
Safety is the priority and you will work closely with project teams on-site. A High School Diploma, 10+ years HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

The Chiller Technician role is the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market with a diverse commercial base including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing Facilities, Education Institutions, and Office Complexes. As a Chiller Technician, you will be primarily responsible for repairing Chillers ranging from 50 Tons and up. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduled and unscheduled Chiller preventative maintenance, inspections, and service requests including replacement, and modifications of Chiller equipment or systems as needed or requested by customers. You will be responsible for testing Chillers on our onsite test stand, point to point testing, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned Chillers or HVAC equipment. This position affords you the opportunity to work with internal and external partners ranging from new facility set ups to existing facility retro fits.
