Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Training Manager to develop and deliver Oncology training for the nurse educator team, reporting to the Associate Director of Training.

The role requires subject matter expertise, collaboration with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, and Regulatory teams, and strong project management to ensure timely, accurate content. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional training initiatives, manage vendors, and align training with brand objectives

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering Oncology training for the nurse educator team.
• Designing and enhancing curriculum to meet Commercial organization needs.
• Coordinating with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical and Regulatory to ensure accuracy of medical content.
• Managing vendors and contract requirements for training content.
• Leading training meetings including planning, logistics, vendor monitoring and participant conduct.
• Partnering with Marketing, Precision Medicine, and Commercial Leadership to align training with brand objectives.
