Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a National Manager, Oncology Nurse Educator Field Strategy & Execution to translate portfolio priorities into actionable field plans and drive education strategies across three hematology franchises. The role partners with Brand, Sales, Field Operations, Analytics, Training, Medical and other enterprise teams to maximize field performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology preferred.
Previous field leadership or sales leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical oncology knowledge and healthcare environment experience.
Ability to translate strategy into focused field execution using data and insights.

Responsibilities

Translate oncology portfolio priorities into ONE field priorities, plans, milestones and execution requirements.
Develop and support portfolio nurse education strategy to educate providers before, during and after therapy.
Lead through influence across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Ensure ONE has effective tools, processes, systems, reporting, training and infrastructure.
Represent ONE in cross-functional planning and build compelling business cases for resources.
