AbbVie seeks a Senior Training Manager, Oncology, to lead the development and delivery of Oncology training for commercial field representatives. Reporting to the Associate Director of Training, you will collaborate with global trainers to build disease, product, and sales-education content for the Commercial organization.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in Training, Marketing or Sales within pharma/biotech.
• Knowledge of Heme Oncology disease areas preferred.
• Ability to develop training tools to enhance clinical acumen.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintaining subject matter expertise for disease states, products and therapeutic areas.
• Developing and executing training programs and initiatives with minimal guidance.
• Designing and enhancing curricula to meet the Commercial organization's needs.

• Managing vendors and contract requirements for training content.
• Leading training meetings and rollout of materials across teams.
• Partnering with Marketing and Commercial Leadership to align training with brand objectives.
