Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory-level sales for varegacestat in desmoid tumors.

You will build relationships with healthcare providers, execute local brand strategy, and ensure patients and physicians have information and support to consider varegacestat as a treatment option. The role requires 7+ years in pharma/biotech oncology sales, with launch experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech oncology sales experience.
• Prior oncology launch experience is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within a large territory (~60-80%).

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat in the territory.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan identifying accounts and call plans.
• Deliver compliant, clear clinical and value-based selling messages to providers.
• Maintain understanding of desmoid tumor treatment landscape and payer dynamics.
• Track territory activity and report results using CRM tools.
• Engage with physicians, nurses and office staff to build relationships.
• Collaborate with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access and Medical Affairs.
• Ensure compliance with FDA promotional rules, PhRMA Code and OIG guidance.
