Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Associate Scientist for a large pharmaceutical client in Spring House, PA. The role focuses on oncology discovery, advancing plasma cell malignancy programs from target validation to preclinical assays.

The candidate will perform cell-based assays, analyze complex data, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment, onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or Biochemistry required.
• 3-5+ years of industry experience in cell-based assays.
• Experience with human blood or bone marrow samples is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform target validation and assay development.
• Execute cell biology assays including flow cytometry and proliferation.
• Analyze data with GraphPad Prism and determine next steps.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
