Qualifications

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, Genomics, Data Science, or related field with 1–3 years in industry.
• Advanced proficiency in R, and experience in Python, Linux/Unix, shell scripting, version control, and reproducible analyses of high-throughput data.
• Strong oncology translational or clinical-development experience and cancer-biology knowledge.
• Strong statistical and machine-learning experience (regression, survival, supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning).
• Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and work across functions with peer-reviewed outputs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze multimodal oncology biomarker data and associated clinical outcomes (DNA/RNA sequencing, proteomics, single-cell, spatial transcriptomics).
• Integrate molecular, pathological, and clinical data to identify and evaluate biomarkers.
• Support translational strategies through trial-design knowledge and endpoints.
• Use AI-enabled tools responsibly with validated, traceable outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to publications and presentations.
