Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in immunology.
• Direct experience in research drug discovery and target identification in oncology is desirable.
• Solid understanding of immunology concepts including innate and adaptive immunity.
• Proficiency in primary T cell-based functional assays.

Responsibilities

• Execute in vitro and in vivo immunological assays.
• Evaluate new technologies and develop new assays for discovery activities.
• Manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.

Skills

Human and mouse primary immune cell isolation and functional assays (T cells in particular)

Immune cell gene editing (e.g., CRISPR-Cas9, lentivirus, transposase-based systems)

Multi-color flow cytometry, including panel design, sample processing, and data acquisition

Education

Master's degree with 5+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in immunology or related fields
